The website Chow offers recipes for do-it-yourself Reese Peanut Butter Cups, Almond Joy, Twix, and Snickers bars, which it has renamed "PB Cups," "AlmondJay," "Twixt," and "Snickles," and labelled according to level of difficulty. (Snickles are the most challenging, since they require preparing the peanut nougat, caramel and chocolate coating separately, while PB Cups are the easiest.) You could also try homemade Oh Henry bars, as shown on Tastebook.com , Kit Kat, as demonstrated on Instructables.com, and Almond Roca, posted on Foodbuzz.com.
