Former model Padma Lakshmi's secret to post-baby weight loss

Padma Lakshmi, the former model turned host of Top Chef was very, very determined to shed baby weight after giving birth to her first child in February.

Just how determined?

She recently described her workout regimen to PopEater: "I woke up at 6AM, I nursed. Then I ran up and down 70 flights of stairs. Then I had breakfast, then I went to the gym and lifted weights for an hour. Then I walked home."

The 39-year-old said the routine was also meant to help her keep in shape while consuming food on the Top Chef set.

What do you think? Is this reasonable? Sure, there's probably immense pressure for her to look good on television, but 70 flights of stairs!?!
