New York: Preserve 24 is a Lower East Side eatery set to be the permanent home of an iceberg. Artists Brian Goggin and Peter Cole put a floor-to-ceiling bird cage in the dining room. It’s empty now, but is primed to be a chilled display case for ice harvested from a Greenlandic glacier.
