Miami - Noble Experiment, at right, a tailor shop-turned-speak easy in Miami Beach, serves up a rare single-barrel Kentucky bourbon with its custom fittings. Specializing in bespoke menswear, designer Ashley Liemer's creations include tailored shirts and Prohibition era-inspired suits that can be paired with one-of-a-kind magnifying glasses, cufflinks and stick pins. Liemer is on hand to do fittings by appointment only and, after pouring clients a glass of something stiff, he personally guides them through various fabric swatches and patterns. San Francisco - Eat, drink and bowl at Mission Bowling Club. Built in an abandoned electrical supply warehouse in the bohemian-chic Mission district, the intimate six-lane bowling alley boasts a gourmet restaurant run by local chef Anthony Myint, formerly of Mission Street Food and Commonwealth. While you're waiting for a lane (three can be reserved in advance online), dig into a hearty plate of French onion casserole or Myint's famous mission burger, a half-pound aged patty with caramelized onion, Monterey jack cheese and caper aioli. New York - Adjacent to Michelin-starred Public, the Daily is a cozy new SoHo bar that believes in quality not quantity. Rather than presenting an exhaustive list of libations, mixologist Naren Young breaks out a daily selection of cocktails picked from the more than 600 drinks he's developed so far. Offerings have included El Diablo (tequila, cassis, lime, ginger beer), Garden Gimlet (gin, St Germain, lime, garden herbs) and Old Pal (rye, campari, dry vermouth).
