Employees lift Japanese carps, called Koi, at a fish farm, with the air temperature at about minus 22 degrees Celsius near the Nazarovo electric power plant, some 200 km west of Russia's Siberian city of Krasnoyarsk. The lake doesn't freeze in winter because of the a power station nearby which keeps water at about 12 degrees Celsius.
