Christmas lights are seen as people walk along Royal Route at Old Town in Warsaw. WHY WE PICKED IT: A nice street during the day but even better at night. If time scout out your locations during the day and then get your tripod out and head back in the evening to see how the lights can bring the street to life.

Fang Tong of Vancouver, B.C., shot this fantastic image as she was driving with her son. Asking him to stand in front of the car she used the vehicles lights to illuminate the boy which added tension to the image.
