Vancouver Police Department

Vancouver police say a four-year-old girl who was the subject of an Amber Alert has been found safe with her mother.

The force issued an alert for Delilah Felton, who was believed to be with her mother, 46-year-old Angela Hanley.

Police had said Ms. Hanley, who has no fixed address, was involved in a high-risk lifestyle, though they also said there was nothing to indicate she wanted to harm her daughter.
