The Abbotsford police say they've arrested a 22-year-old man who already faces child pornography charges for breaching his release conditions.

A news release says Sean Joshua LeBlanc faces three charges of breach of recognizance.

The force says officers responded Friday morning to a report about a suspicious vehicle in a parking lot in a suburban area of Abbotsford, southeast of Vancouver.

The vehicle was parked outside a church that also houses a daycare and police allege they also found an Internet-enabled cellphone.

LeBlanc was arrested in May as part of a child pornography investigation and was subsequently charged with possession of child pornography, importation and distribution of child pornography, and luring a person under 16.

He was released under several conditions, including a ban on possessing a device capable of connected to the Internet and an order to stay away from facilities where people under 16 would be present, such as parks, schools and daycare centres.
