Ex-Mountie who saw bus beheading dies by suicide after PTSD struggle

RCMP negociators approach a Greyhound bus near Portage La Prairie, Man., on July 30, 2008, after passenger Tim McLean was stabbed and beheaded by Vince Li. Mr. Li was later found not criminally responsible because of mental illness.
