The man accused of a grisly killing onboard a Greyhound bus in Manitoba will stand trial March 2.
Vince Li's lawyer, Alan Libman, says the three-day trial will focus on whether Mr. Li is criminally responsible for the crime.
Mr. Libman says the witnesses will primarily be forensic psychiatrists.
Mr. Li was charged with second-degree murder after the death of Tim McLean, a young carnival worker who was stabbed and beheaded last summer near Portage La Prairie, Man.
Mr. Li has not yet entered a plea.
