On Jan. 6, an Ontario Superior Court judge ordered that three named men each provide "their itemized list of phone calls and text messages" from last fall. Creditors obtained the order as they seek to determine the location of nearly $2-million in gold bars that were purchased and divested as a "shariah-compliant" loan business failed.
