Share your advice for women climbing the corporate ladder

Women remain bit players at the highest levels of Canadian business and politics. Although women account for nearly half the work force and more than a third of middle management, they hold less than 20 per cent of the most senior jobs at the country's largest businesses. The disparity is pushing top female talent to foreign employers, who are more pro-active about recruiting women leaders.
