Read the full Supreme Court ruling on the disputed Etobicoke Centre election

The Supreme Court handed down a 4-3 decision Thursday to preserve the May 2011 federal election results for the riding of Etobicoke Centre. Conservative Ted Opitz had defeated incumbent Liberal Borys Wrzesnewskyj by just 26 votes.
