Finance Minister Jim Flaherty introduced the Conservative government's second bill to implement the federal budget Thursday. Bill C-45, The Jobs and Growth Act, 2012, clocks in at 443 pages and includes a number of provisions, including the reform of pensions for Members of Parliament.
