Man arrested in York University sex assault

Toronto police say a 24-year-old man has been charged in a sexual assault inside a building on the York University campus.

The school says a woman was approached and sexually assaulted just before 1 p.m. Thursday by a man in the basement of Stong College.

Police say a Mississauga man was arrested Saturday night and charged with sexual assault.

He's scheduled to appear in court next month.

His name has not been released.

The incident was the second sexual assault reported at the school in the last two weeks.
