Steven Paul Brunswick, 47, wanted in an attempt-murder investigation.

A man wanted by Toronto police in an attempted murder investigation is alleged to have driven his car into two police cars early Wednesday morning.

In a release, police say they tried to arrest him just before 2 a.m. but he fled in a damaged vehicle they think might be stolen.

On Friday, the man is alleged to have stolen a separate car which he then drove at a police officer who was trying to apprehend him.

Three pedestrians were struck after the man is alleged to have hit a sidewalk while evading police.

The original vehicle was later abandoned.

Police say they are looking for Steven Paul Brunswick, 47, who is considered dangerous.

They say the public shouldn't approach Mr. Brunswick, who is described as white, just over six feet tall, 220 lbs., with grey-and-black hair.
