Police seek suspects after man shot and killed in downtown Toronto

A man believed to be in his 20s is dead following a shooting overnight in downtown Toronto.

Police say they received a call about gunfire just after 11:40 p.m. at an apartment on Bleecker Street in the Carlton-Sherbourne area.

When they arrived, they found a man suffering from gunshot wounds.

He was taken to St. Michael's hospital and was pronounced dead.

Police have not yet made any arrests.

The victim's name has not been released.
