Middle East struggles to cope with rare winter storm

The Middle East struggled Friday to deal with the effects of winter storm Alexa for a third consecutive day. Jerusalem was locked down after a storm of "historic" proportions, as billed by public radio, leading Jerusalem mayor Nir Barkat likened it to a "tsunami."
