The action

Although this one-bedroom corner suite at Orange Lofts only had three scheduled visits in April, a busy open house with 40 visitors was a better indicator of its popularity.

The building is also sought-after for its style and strong balance sheet. “I’ve sold about 50 units in the building over the years … and everyone’s been extremely happy,” Ms. Hagerty said. “There have been no special assessments and they have a healthy reserve [fund].”
