The Action: Canmore agents Bob Aishford and Devin Stephens spent a month alone preparing a custom website with a 3D model of this custom log-frame home for buyers to tour virtually worldwide. It had steady traffic online and in person, but no bids last year, yet once relisted in 2016, an international shopper struck a deal at $1.85-million.

The Agent's Take: "[This home was] built and owned by the CEO of a custom home building company named Greystone Construction [which] has been building luxury homes in the Bow Valley for 25 plus years with a large portfolio and solid reputation," says Mr. Stephens. "It is evident that no expense was spared in designing and building this home."

Every aspect of the property is exceptional, from its grand size to its architectural style.

"The lot at 520 Silvertip Pointe is almost 35 per cent larger than the average lot on that street," Mr. Aishford states.

"The vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, heated concrete flooring and exotic wood finishings set this property apart from its competition," Mr. Stephens adds.
