"Unlike the Finch and Yonge corridor, this area is going through a transformation as we speak, because the prices are at least $400,000 to $450,000 less than south of Finch. They did some LED pot lights, changed some light fixtures and cleaned up the house," Mr. Thom adds. "It's ideal for rebuilding [as] the house is still in good shape, so it's good to live in now and build later."
