The Globe and Mail

Can you achieve greater career success after having kids?

Author and working mom Reva Seth joined us on Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2014, to take your questions and discuss some of the issues raised in her new book The MomShift.

Ms. Seth, a writer, speaker and the mother of three boys, interviewed more than 500 working moms from a broad range of professional backgrounds to find out how they juggle work and family responsibilities, and how they have managed to forge their own versions of career success.

A transcript of the discussion appears below.
