Are you answering work e-mails at all hours of the day and night? Is there an expectation that if your phone 'pings' you then you must answer? Technology has blurred the lines of when you are working, for the good and the bad. It allows you to be out and about and have more flexibility about when and where you work. However, if you never get to turn it off there may be issues.
