She's an actor ( Dreamgirls), a fashion designer (House of Deréon) and a philanthropist. Last year, she and rap-mogul husband Jay-Z were Hollywood's top-earning couple, with an estimated annual haul of $162 million (U.S.).

Jealous much? Perhaps you should take notes.
