Loudon Owen and Michel Vulpe, the i4i team that took on Microsoft and wonKevin Van Paassen

Who sues Microsoft and wins? Canadian entrepreneurs Loudon Owen, chairman of i4i and a co-founder and managing partner of McLean Watson Capital Inc., a venture capital firm, and Michel Vulpe, founder and chief technology officer of i4i, did exactly that earlier this fall when they won their patent infringement lawsuit against the software giant.

In this podcast, Mr. Owen and Mr. Vulpe talk to Incubator writer Diane Jermyn about the lessons learned in that battle and offer some hard earned advice on patents, how to protect your inventions and intellectual property, and what to do if you think someone is infringing on your company's patented property.
