Welcome to the latest of our Google+ Hangout interviews with small-business owners and experts from across Canada.

Put the kettle on: In this video, Report on Small Business editor Katherine Scarrow spoke with Jule Gilchrist, the owner of Cuppa T, a specialty tea shop located in Regina's trendy Cathedral neighbourhood.

Ms. Gilchrist explained why she left her job as a social worker to run a tea store and why she believes specialty teas have finally caught on in the marketplace. They also talked about some of the unique opportunities, as well as challenges, she faces running a business in Saskatchewan - a province where optimism runs high among small business owners, at least according the Canadian Federation of Independent Businesses.
