Jamie Horvat, formerly a portfolio manager at Sprott Inc. and AGF Management Ltd., has started a new job at a British investment management firm.
Mr. Horvat joined M&G Investments as director of global equities, taking on the role following some changes at M&G, including the departure of a well-known fund manager late in 2013. As of June, 2013, M&G's assets under management totalled £234-billion ($432-billion).
In Canada, Mr. Horvat most recently completed a brief stint in investment banking at Stifel Nicolaus, but is best known for his time at AGF and Sprott.
