It has been a season filled with aches and pains for the Toronto Blue Jays.

Here is a breakdown of the players who have landed on the disabled list since the start of the season:

April 21 – Closer Sergio Santos lands on the 60-day DL with right shoulder inflammation. It was later determined he will have to undergo surgery and is lost for the season.

March 21 – Outfielder Ben Francisco goes on the 15-day DL with a strained left hamstring.

June 13 – Starting pitcher Brandon Morrow is sidelined with a strained left oblique muscle. He has yet to return to the lineup.

June 14 – Starting pitcher Kyle Drabek goes on the 60-day DL after suffering a torn ligament in his right elbow that requires surgery. He is done for the season.

June 16 – Starting pitcher Drew Hutchison is sidelined with a ligament sprain in his right elbow and is lost for the season.

July 9 – Reliever Luis Perez goes on the 60-day DL after being diagnosed with a ligament tear in his left elbow that will require surgery. His season is over.

July 17 – Slugging outfielder Jose Bautista is placed on the 15-day DL with left wrist inflammation.

July 18 – Third baseman Brett Lawrie crashes into a camera bay trying to catch a pop-up in foul territory against the New York Yankees, slamming his right leg against an uncovered metal railing. Lawrie left the game and X-rays did not detect any breaks and his status is listed as day-to-day.
