Toronto Blue Jays slugger Jose Bautista was held out of the starting lineup for a fourth straight game Thursday.

The veteran right-fielder has been nursing a sore back and is listed as day to day. Leadoff man Rajai Davis will get the start in right field against the Chicago White Sox at Rogers Centre.

Bautista felt sore after starting two games at third base in Kansas City last weekend. He's batting .200 with three homers and six RBIs this season.

Bautista missed three games earlier this month with a sore right ankle.
