The Saskatchewan Roughriders acquired Toronto Argonauts import offensive lineman Chris Patrick in a trade Sunday.

In exchange, the Riders sent the Argos a conditional selection in the 2014 CFL Canadian Draft.

The six-foot-five, 303-pound Patrick started 10 games at right tackle for the Edmonton Eskimos last season, along with appearances in the West semifinal and final.

The 27-year-old spent four seasons in the NFL prior to joining the CFL.

Meanwhile, the Argos announced the club has signed import defensive back D.J. Williams to a contract.
