Brooke Henderson moved up eight spots to No. 191 in the women's professional world rankings, maintaining her hold on the top spot in Canada on both lists. The 16-year-old phenom from Smiths Falls, Ont. finished in a tie for 46th at the LPGA's CP Canadian Women's Open, capturing low amateur and low Canadian honours. It was the best finish by a Canadian amateur at the event since 2003 and her total score was the best for a Canadian since 2010. Henderson, who has made the cut in all four of the LPGA events she's played in this year, picked up 52 world amateur ranking points as a result of her Canadian Open finish which pulled her to within 100 pts of No. 1 Minjee Lee, who was named the recipient of the Mark H McCormack Medal as the leading women's amateur player in 2014.

Taylor Kim of Surrey, B.C. moved into the top 10 in the Canadian rankings after picking up 35 spots in the amateur rankings.

On the men's side, Austin James climbed 135 spots and four places to No. 14 in the Canadian rankings after finishing in a tie for 49th at the PGA Tour Canada's Great Waterway Classic. The reigning Canadian Junior Boys Champion was making his first start in a pro event.

Adam Hadwin's runner-up finish at the regular season ending Web.com Tour event helped him climb 61 spots in the world rankings and back into the top five in Canada. It was his best finish on the developmental tour since winning the Chile Classic earlier this year and his sixth top-10 result of the year. More importantly, he finished fourth on the money list which guarantees him a PGA Tour card for next season. He'll now compete in the Web.com Tour Finals to try and improve upon his priority standing for 2015.

Cory Renfrew moved up 92 spots to No. 14 in Canada after finishing tied for fifth at the Great Waterway Classic. The Victoria, B.C. golfer has picked up 76 spots in the world rankings over the last four weeks thanks to a pair of top-5 finishes in his last three starts.

Michael Gligic's fourth place finish at the same event was good for a 438 spot boost in the rankings while former Team Canada national player Chris Hemmerich jumped 325 spots to debut in the Canadian pro rankings at No. 25 after finishing tied for fifth for his first event as a professional.
