The PGA Tour has confirmed three of the now four tournaments which will be part of the inaugural Web.com Tour Finals in 2013.
The first event will be the Hotel Fitness Championship at Sycamore Hills Golf Club in Ft. Wayne, Ind., (Aug. 26 - Sept 1) followed by the Chiquita Classic at The Club at Longview in Weddington, N.C. (Sept. 2-8), to be followed by the Nationwide Children's Hospital Championship at Ohio State University Golf Club/Scarlet Course in Columbus, Ohio.
A fourth event and site has yet to be determined.
Under the revised PGA Tour Q-School system, the top 75 money winners on the Web.com Tour money list at the end of next year plus the players who finish 126-200 on the PGA Tour's FedEx Cup points list next year will take part in the Finals. From there, 50 PGA Tour cards will be handed out with 25 already guaranteed to the top 25 on the Web.com Tour money list.
Two of the three events announced are already fixtures on the Web.com Tour - the Chiquita Classic and the Nationwide Children's Hospital Championship - the latter has featured a unique college All-American eligibility component and seen college stars win the event three times including in 2012.
