Craig Conroy and Brad Pascall have been named assistant general managers of the Calgary Flames.
Conroy played over 1,000 NHL games for the Flames, Los Angeles Kings and St. Louis Blues.
He retired in 2011 and immediately began working for the Flames in hockey operations as a special assistant.
The 42-year-old from Potsdam, N.Y., was twice named a finalist for the Selke Trophy that goes to the NHL's top defensive forward.
Pascall has worked for Hockey Canada for almost two decades and most recently as vice-president of hockey operations.
The 43-year-old from Coquitlam, B.C., was drafted by the Buffalo Sabres in 1990 and played four years of minor pro hockey.
His wife is Cassie Campbell-Pascall, who was the captain when the Canadian women's hockey team won Olympic gold medals in 2002 and 2006.
The new front office hires will report to Brad Treliving, who was hired as Calgary's new general manager in April.
