Canucks vs. Predators

Game 3

Western Conference semi-final

Bridgestone Arena

Canucks

1. Centre ice: The Canucks have yet to get a goal from their centremen in nine playoff games. Henrik Sedin, Ryan Kesler and Max Lapierre have played in every one. Cody Hodgson is likely to return to the lineup for Game 3.

2. Point shots: Associate coach Rick Bowness made it clear that the Canucks are looking for scramble situations in front of Pekka Rinne, and hope to get them by putting point shots on net.

Predators

1. Top line: The Sedins twins may be struggling, but the trio of Mike Fisher, Martin Erat and Sergei Kostitsyn are without a point in games against the Canucks.

2. Shea Weber and Ryan Suter: With final change, will coach Barry Trotz continue to match his shutdown defence pair against Ryan Kesler's line, or will Weber and Suter draw the Sedins? The answer will also reveal which Vancouver line is viewed as the biggest threat.
