Canadian Milos Raonic has moved up one place to No. 27 in the ATP rankings.

The 20-year-old from Thornhill, Ont., started the year at No. 156.

There was no change in the top five with Spain's Rafael Nadal leading Novak Djokovic of Serbia, Roger Federer of Switzerland, Andy Murray of Britain, and Robin Soderling of Sweden.

Raonic lost in the third round of the Barcelona Open last week,

The young Canadian will next play in an ATP Tour event in Estoril, Portugal, his third straight clay-court competition leading up to the French Open.
