Toronto UFC features flyweight title bout between Benavidez and Johnson

Joseph Benavidez will meet Demetrious (Mighty Mouse) Johnson in the UFC's first flyweight world title at UFC 152 in Toronto on Sept. 22.

Benavidez (16-2) defeated Yasuhiro Urushitani in the first round of the four-man 125-pound tournament designed to produce a champion. Johnson (15-2-1) downed Ian McCall in a rematch after their first meeting ended in a draw.

The co-main event at the Air Canada Centre pits Brian (All-American) Stann against English middleweight Michael (The Count) Bisping.

In a previously announced matchup, former lightweight and welterweight champion B.J. Penn faces Rory MacDonald, a native of Kelowna, B.C,. who fights out of Montreal.
