Despite a lot of gab in recent years about the decline of International CES (formerly called the Consumer Electronics Show), it is still a must-attend showcase of the hot gadgets heading to market over the next 12 months. The Las Vegas convention is the largest event of its kind, and is expected to match last year's attendance of more than 156,000 executives, purchasing managers, engineers, marketers, journalists and others industry types.
